KFXM thing and played to death
on the station through Dec 1968.
I think they were trying to make
it a national hit starting here but
it never caught on. It was almost
a staple song at the station on a daily, hourly, basis. It got old
after a while.
Did KMEN even play it? Probably
not for long, if at all.
We did NOT play the song at K/MEN.
