KFXM TigerRadio Bruce Chandler

So if the jocks usually went from KFXM to KMEN (and not the reverse) what were the reasons behind that?
Was the pay (or management environment) generally better at KMEN? Or did the KMEN environment somehow provide better connections for moving out of the IE radio market?
Bruce made a wise choice when he left K/men for KFXM. New management came in while Bruce was doing 8 to midnight. He understood, the magic was gone....and left for greener pastures. Smart move, just look at his stellar career.
Ah quit the B.S.ing here, the so-called "magic" at K/Men was REALLY over when Ron Jacobs and Bill Watson departed from day-to-day oversight of that station's programming. What followed was simply the guys plying the rule book and little else. That was long before Chandler was ever heard on the radio in town!

And Mr. Chandler left KMEN short-handed on little notice I hear.
