  1. Quite a feat to go to #1 as a debut
    song. SATISFACTION truly deserved
    it. I remember this week in 1965.
    Was on a school bus from High school in
    Berdoo to the pool at Perris Hill Park.
    I had my radio on and heard SATISFACTION
    for the first time. It had my attention all
    the way. Proved to be one of the
    all time greats with staying power as
    an oldie.
    That was 45 years ago! Yikes
    I've gotten older. Beats the alternative.
