Hello everyone-
I'm having computer problems. Taking the computer in tomorrow. Using someone else's right now. Probably won't have a computer to use where I can post pictures for maybe 4-5 days, maybe longer. Hopefully be back within a week. Hope I don't need a new computer, but you never know. Psychadelic lightshow for your entertainment.

The number 1 song on K/MEN this week Soul and Inspiration-Righteous Bros
The number 1 song on KFXM this week Bang Bang-Cher
On K/MEN it is number 2, but lists the flip side as Our Day Will Come. Looked it up and it was released with two different flips. Needles and Pins, the other flip side.

This Week March 1963 KFXM and K/men
A bunch of good songs on the charts this week. Some I like: End Of The World, Wild Weekend, In Dreams, Our Winter Love, Don't Set Me Free, Pipeline, Ruby Baby, Send Me Some Lovin', Don't Make Me Over, Hitchhike, Surfin' USA
Less than a year before the Beatles start having hits. People have said music wasn't very good in the early sixties before the Beatles hit. If you look at just these songs, they were wrong. The Beatles added to the music scene in the US, but they added to a good thing.

KFXM and K/men This Week In 1967 Johnny Darin Article
KFXM and K/men surveys in 1967. Both feature Happy Together-The Turtles as the #1 song. This is one of my favorite times for music. Many songs on these surveys I really like. Good stuff!
Couple of my favorites on the KFXM survey I Feel Free-Cream No No No No No-Scott McKenzieCouple of myfavorites on the K/men survey Break On Through-Doors Yellow Balloon-Yellow Balloon
This is the one K/men survey from 1967 that I did not think existed, because I did not find a copy of it in 1967. I had all the other ones, but the stores where I usually picked up my surveys did not have this one. About 15 years ago I bought this from someone who lives in Canada. Did this get pulled because of the pictures with the article? Look closely, there is a KFXM survey on the K/men bulletin board. The 2nd picture was partially blocked out, but the one on the cover was very obvious. For this reason, this issue may be even rarer than the rest.

K/MEN Towers
In light of the KHJ Towers coming down. Here are pictures of the K/MEN Towers a few years ago. As far as I know the towers are still there, but the building is not.
