KFXM May 30, 1969

Below is the first copy of the KFXM playlist I was mailed, and the letter that came with it.
Why did I get this? Well about 6 month earlier I had won a subscription to the Tiger Mag, and this was the first one I received since they stopped publishing it. (even with the letter, I still didn't get one every week)
It will be another 5 weeks before another Tiger Mag/survey will be published.
