Eric Burdon finally made #1 on KMEN with San Franciscan Nights.
While setting this posting up, I was playing my program from Finetune.com, and The Great Banana Hoax by The Electric Prunes played. It's a hitbound sound this week. I really like I Had A Dream by Paul Revere and The Raiders featuring Mark Lindsey
It's a different psychedelic sound for them.

I was in the audience for that Big Brother show at the Kaiser Dome. None of the scheduled bands showed up. Maybe the promoter forgot to pay somebody. The K/men DJ who was there spent quite a bit of time explaining that it was the promoter, and not K/men that actually put together the non-show.
