Had a request for the "readable" recreation of of this survey by itself. Had to put it at a higher dpi to make it more readable, since the font is a little smaller than an original return. I "recreated" this survey, only because the copy I was given, was so blurry and hard to read.
I did notice I made a mistake on the last post. The highest debut is actually #25 There Goes My Love-Fantastics

copy looks super! i like YOUR version of the KFXM survey than
the original ones. they seem more readable to the eye and stand out
quite well.
