one of the BEST Motown records NOT to be a national hit.
Paul Peterson's "She Rides With Me", I believe was written by Brian Wilson....and Roger Christian!
Agree on LEAVING HERE was an
underrated Motown tune.
But he did have his bigger hit
earlier in 1962: JAMIE.
Superb and an earlier trail blazer
of the Motown Sound.
But then he was 1/3 of the
masterful HOLLAND/DOZIER/HOLLAND.
Now there was a great great team
of songwriters for Motown.
