KFXM Tiger Mag July 14, 1967

James Brown and Dick Lyons
Danny Dare wrote an interesting article about "So You Want To Be A Disc Jockey" A mention about girls shouldn't bother to become a dj, because the public isn't interested in listening to the female voice on the radio. That has changed, but not too much. It's probably about 5-1 men to women. Any comments about that.
An article about the Grassroots history also included. Does not mention the group change we all know about after their first hit.

On the charts, HAPPY by BOG has
been going on too long at this
time. When do they see the light
of day and flip to the SUNSHINE
COMPANY version. The BOG version
is tooooo bland, especially when
they are both out at the same time.
Both stations playing BOG and
not Sunshine Company version.
