Robert Brulte "Bob West" is the brother of Jim Brulte who was elected to both the California State Assembly and the California State Senate. Jim Brulte subsequently "termed out".
That's just another excuse-reaching politician working the old job at a different angle -- and still relying on the dole furnished by foolish contributors who give their $$$ to bums like Brulte (not Bob). These politicians-on-welfare just can't stomach working at a real wage job like the rest of their former-constituents!

Does that mean former career politician Jim Brulte had to return to an HONEST 8-5 40/hour week job like the rest of us working stiffs?
Jim Brulte now runs "California Strategies" a public affairs advocacy firm. Sounds like a lobbyist to me. Probably not a real working stiff yet.
