Just kind of a sad, morose comment to make about those hitmakers from 1968, like who isn't with us anymore!
Let's see, on the R.I.P. list is Marvin Gaye, Jimi Hendrix,Dusty Springfield, Janis Joplin, Erik Brann & Lee Dorman (Iron Butterfly), Jim Morrison (Doors), and Brian Keenan (Chambers Brothers).
Seems the Time Has Come Today for so many great recording artists of that era!
From the Top Ten of the K/men Heavy Hits 1968, the following have died: Paul Mauriat, John Lennon & George Harrison of The Beatles, Alan Wilson, Bob Hite & Henry Vestine of Canned Heat, Hugo Montenegro and Jim Morrison of The Doors.
