Top Hits of 1975 and 1977 on KFXM
By Request: The Top Hits of 1975 and 1977 on KFXM
As far as I know there were no Top Hits of the year printed by KFXM after 1977.
Again, you would think they could have done a Top 100

Doug mentioned how there were no more Top 100 countdown lists put out by KFXM after 1977. Did this coincide with the demise of the Tiger Tune Sheet and the end of Tiger Radio as we knew it? I wonder if, by then, the people running radio 590 no longer cared about such special year-end "flashbacks" as it related to their listeners during the final years of the station's operation.
And what's with the glaring decrease to the usual yearly Top ONE HUNDRED record singles, now cleverly reduced according to its annum number?!! Were the music and program directors getting too lazy to fully produce a radio tradition that only comes once every 365 days?
Doug, I'd want to say how much it's appreciated having these year-end Top Hits lists posted here. they are invaluable for referencing many of the songs now being played on the various oldies radio stations i listen to. and, likewise, your posts of the biggest popular recordings thru the years really helps a lot with the continual building of my digitized music playlist files from wayback when. you render quite a publick service, thank you, Sir.

Thank you for posting the top 100's I requested, webmaster. Too bad there won't be anymore published from KFXM. Does anyone know why?
