The Jones Boys were the strike breakers. How much did the DJ’s get paid, and how much did they want? Does anybody remember?
i learned a very hard lesson of life (in complete innocence) back then (the Fall of 1968):
"NEVER come between a 'scab' (the strike-crossing 'Jones Boys') and the angry, out-of-work, striking AFTRA union members from KFXM/KDUO-FM"... Like wow, did i ever get myself into right smack in the middle of volatile situation, enough said!!!
