Bee Gees on K/men

We lost Robin Gibb of the Bee Gees this week.
This is the first article published about the Bee Gees in the K/mnentertainer in May 1967
Their first single New York Mining Disaster 1941 was listed on the K/men charts for three weeks,  but never made it to the KFXM survey.
July 1967, first whole page story in the K/mentertainer

So tragic and bizarre that THREE of the Bee Gees brothers are now deceased. what a meaningful loss for us Baby Boomers!

This past year has been devastating for the rock era.
First we lost Davy Jones, then Dick Clark, then Levon Helm. Just this past week we've lost two more legends, Donna Summer and Robin Gibb.
Thank God their music will never die....we can enjoy it again and again.
Doug, we appreciate you posting the K/men article on the Bee Gees.
Thanks.

Just want to add that 2012 has been equally as bad for the K/men alumni. We've lost three great talents, Harry Scarborogh, Brian Lord, and Tom Becker. All three were pros, who loved what they did and it showed in their air-work. They are missed. May God bless their souls.
