February 23, 1973.....35 Years Ago

Moving up to #1 Daddy's Home-Jermaine Jackson Jim Croce with his latest One Less Set of Footsteps as a Future Hit. One of his lesser played songs.
Picture of Dick Clark and The Heywoods and the KFXM DJs. There are also two djs from another Inland Empire radio station. Dick Alan and Joey Mitchell. I don't remember them being on K/MEN. Anyone know what station they were from?
JOCK TALK announcing Johnny Kaye as the new music director of the BIG 59
Johnny is now working at KRTH in a similar position (spelling his name a little different, now) Hey Johnny, why not go on the air once in a while on KRTH?
Comeback of The Personal Picks. There's a Dead Skunk here, too. But I also like Sweet-Little Willie, their first US hit.

#1 Killing Me Softly With His Song-Roberta Flack
Hey there's a Dead Skunk by Loudon Wainwright Hit Bound on K/MEN!

Joey Mitchell was at KPRO at the time. He may have been PD there.
