K/mentertainer Feb 3, 1968

Any winners of theses contests out there in the audience?

K/MEN Heavy Albums, featuring the Bee Gees new album.
Four Tijuana Brass albums best selling tape cartrifes, and most on A & M records. Who is buying tapes in 1968? But Aretha and The Beatles are in there, too.
a Groovy ad From The K/MEN Bullletin Board
#1 Love Is Blue-Paul Mariat, also a couple of other easy listening songs with Englebert Humperdink, Bobby Vinton in the top ten
#2 Darlin'-Beach Boys, doing much better on K/MEN than KFXM
Another Sagitarius song Hit Bound Another Time
Also interesting Cher and Sonny & Cher have a Hit Bound

I see LOVE IS BLUE by Manny Kellem.
It didn't chart much.
Overwhelmed by the more powerful
Maul Mauriat instrumental version.

You asked earlier if this was
a vocal. Yes it is. I pulled out
my 45 of this and heard it again.
Sounds more like The Ray
Conniff singers (father of KFXM
jock Jim Conniff).
